JurySelect is a digital platform designed to assist legal professionals in managing the voir dire process, including juror tracking, note-taking, and analysis tools. The Service is intended as a professional tool and does not constitute legal advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
